I never wrote my days down.
You don’t need to. Your driver card, route plans or a letter from your employer are proof enough. We go through it together on the call.
My boss already pays per diems. Is it still worth it?
Usually, yes. If he pays less than the flat rate, the difference counts. And the €9 per cab night is yours on top, whatever the boss pays. What he paid tax-free shows in your payroll data.
I only do local runs.
From 8 hours away from home you get €14 per day. Over 220 working days that is more than €3,000 a year, without a single night out.
What does it cost?
The check is free. If money comes back, we get 19% of it, at least €99 per year (incl. VAT), charged only once your money has arrived. Nothing back, or less than €100? You pay nothing.
Could I end up having to pay?
The firm works out the result first and you see it before anything is filed. If it looked like a payment was due, we would talk to you before doing anything.
My wife does the paperwork in our house.

My German isn’t great.
